Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was an actor at The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables received her degree with honors from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She is a graduate of the BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. Following her move between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she was involved in theatre arts. This included acting as well as conducting more than 20 musicals. The productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to land TV and film roles as she enrolled in improvisation classes and was an Theatre West company member. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive stature have allowed her to perform a wide range of character types. Her work with Naomi Watts as Samara the antagonist on The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's more well-known for her role as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party hopper at-night as a Series Regular on the TV Land show The Exes. Kelly was also on the show in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW show No Tomorrow. Her fame is based on the soprano singing voice she has in numerous cartoons. They include the cult show Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she was in the role of the slow but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's hit comedy Superstore. In private, she is a quiet person. She enjoys spending time with her family members, which includes two children.
